Stainless Steel butter knife. The small diagonal holes scrape hard butter in into threads that can be spread as is. The serrated blade can be used to remove burnt bits. The handle and blade are moulded as one piece, not welded, so they are durable. To scrape, hold the unit almost parallel to the butter, and slide from left to right.
